Will I Be Charged for An Initial Consultation?
For the most part, we charge potential clients a fixed fee for an initial consultation. The purpose of a consultation is to allow you to educate us as to the facts of your specific situation thereby allowing us to then formulate the plan that best serves your needs and objectives. The fee for an initial consultation is $350. If you chose to engage the firm to implement our recommended solution, this fee will be applied to the cost of legal services.
In some cases, we do provide complimentary consultations to those clients who have attended our seminars or are family members of existing clients. And, if you are already our client, you will never be charged for a consultation.
